The Promoter is Easy WP Guide. The giveaway is open to anyone with final entries to be received 10 days after the competition starts.
The winners will be selected from all eligible entries and will be notified via email by Easy WP Guide at the email address provided in the entry. The winners have 72 hours (3 Days) to respond to this notification or they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected and notified following the same process of draw. All entries will be validated and invalid entries will be removed from the draw. If your entry is unable to be validated (eg. your Twitter profile is set to Private so your tweet can't be verified), that particular entry will become invalid.
No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The winners once verified to the satisfaction of the promoter will be announced publicly on the blog post where this competition is advertised within 48 hours of all prizes being claimed.

The process for selecting the winner of the game of chance will made by the promoter, Easy WP Guide. The winner will be chosen randomly through Rafflecopter Random Selector (which uses Random.org). The value of each prize is under $250.00.

In such event, the Promoter will restart the competition at a date in the future with all entrants needing to re-enter to qualify. In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the giveaway, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organisation (eg business, educational institution etc) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
