WordPress 3.3 Release Candidate 3 has just been released. It incorporates a handful of last-minute tweaks and bugfixes that the dev team felt were necessary.
It's getting close now! The WordPress team are hoping to release it early next week. If you're a WordPress plugin or theme author this is your last pre-release chance to test your plugins and themes to find any compatibility issues before the final release. So, make sure you grab a copy of RC3 and test, test, test! The dev team have posted a number of articles on the development blog that outline a few things to watch out for if you're a developer.
